• 🐉 Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan — Dr. Jennifer W. Yu is the 20th disciple of lineage holder Grandmaster Zhao Youbin, transmitting the 85-Shi Long Form in its authentic structure and content.

Flagship Healing Qigong Certification Program $5K

A flexible 100-365 day guided passage. Includes Zen Heart Cultivation, Wuji Gong Form, Emei Healing Methods Form Part 1, Qi Transmission & Information Healing, Divine Empowerment and Sacred Healing Sounds. Train directly with Momma Panda in pure Emei Qigong practices as personally passed and mentored by its Lineage Holder Grandmaster Fu, Weizhong. Certification available by each practice or form.

Flagship Tai Chi Chuan Certification Program $5K

A 100-730 day milestone-based passage into Yang Family's original 85-Shi Long Form. Certification available by section I, II & III (Shi 1–14, Shi 15-37, Shi 38–85). Momma Panda has diligently preserved this Form’s authentic content as a senior disciple of the late Grandmaster Yang, Chengfu's maternal great grandson — Grandmaster Zhao, Youbin.

Focused and accessible training and CE courses: Foundation Tai Chi (Level 1 & Level 2), Happy Tai Chi (Mindset, Diet, Meditation & Solution), Five Element Qigong Form, Eight pcs of Brocades Qigong Form (Non-Governmental), Happiness Therapy… Tuition creditable toward flagships within 8 months.
